What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives supporting business growth, product adoption, and brand awareness.
• Lead integrated marketing programs across digital marketing, content, communications, events, and product launches.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Business Development to create customer-focused messaging and marketing collateral.
• Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and complex campaigns from concept through execution.
• Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, product marketing, or a related field.
• Experience developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing budgets, external agencies, and complex marketing initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or technology.
• Background in a marketing agency or marketing services environment.
• Experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and digital campaign analytics.
