Supplier NPI Electronics Engineering Manager

Location: Rehovot, Israel; onsite role with up to 20% travel. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Lead NPI engineering transitions to manufacturing at suppliers, including design for manufacturing, testability, PFMEA, and FAI.
• Qualify and maintain supplier capabilities and infrastructure for robust high-volume manufacturing.
• Support sustaining products on the manufacturing floor and resolve supplier quality issues and escalations.
• Set strategic direction and manage execution for the electronics and computing supplier engineering organization.
• Evaluate, qualify, and select suppliers; monitor performance, develop scorecards, and support sourcing activities.
• Drive technical projects that increase supplier capacity, reduce cycle time and cost, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a technical manager and in team management.
• At least 10 years of experience with electronics board or power-supply manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with suppliers through development and engineering transitions.
• Experience with multidisciplinary R&D and engineering processes, cross-functional interfaces, and employee development.
• High-level English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of electronics module and semiconductor industry standards.
• Knowledge of high-voltage power-supply manufacturing processes.
