Senior Quantity Surveyor (HV/LV Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Support contract delivery teams with profitability, cash management, cost control, and accurate commercial reporting.
• Manage applications for payment, credit control, income optimisation, costing, forecasting, and change control.
• Manage project risk, CTCs, CVRs, subcontractor lifecycles, and dispute resolution.
• Provide commercial advice to project teams and contribute to tendering and contract review processes.
• Maintain commercial records, reports, audits, risk registers, and standard documentation.
• Support continuous improvement, collaborative planning, lean tools, training plans, and professional development.

Requirements

• Degree educated or qualified to HND/HNC equivalent level.
• Substantial experience in a contracting commercial department.
• Experience with multidisciplinary HV/LV infrastructure projects is desirable, particularly with DNOs and private networks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
• Working knowledge of construction industry conditions of contract.
• Professional qualification held or in progress; a driving licence and experience with ERP systems such as COINS are desirable.
