Senior Maintenance Engineer (Automation)

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise to improve production equipment uptime, reliability, and day-to-day performance.
• Develop strategic maintenance plans and lead initiatives to achieve factory reliability targets.
• Implement Total Productive Maintenance tools and methodologies, including the Planned Maintenance Pillar.
• Oversee major capital investment projects in line with operating plans and capital expenditure budgets.
• Manage maintenance KPIs, spare parts inventory, repair costs, and maintenance system compliance.
• Train, coach, and develop maintenance engineers and technicians while driving Lean, TPM, and root cause analysis improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant equipment and maintenance engineering experience, preferably in automated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of equipment engineering and automation systems.
• Hands-on experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability, with the capacity to work under pressure and deliver within time-sensitive situations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
