SHE Specialist (Specialty Chemicals)

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and distribute safety, health, and environmental management information and reports.
• Monitor chemical, physical, and biological hazards through workplace and environmental testing.
• Investigate accidents, injuries, workplace complaints, and hazardous conditions, then recommend corrective improvements.
• Conduct employee and contractor training, emergency preparedness activities, quality assurance programs, and SH&E audits.
• Interpret regulations, track pending requirements, provide technical advice, and support internal committees and management.
• Help implement and maintain the Responsible Care Management System in line with RC14001 requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or university degree in engineering or an applicable science.
• At least three years of experience in a relevant area of specialization.
• Technical capabilities in a specialty area, with planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with data management and regulatory requirements.
