Quality and Knowledge Management Officer

Location: hirify.global's HQ in Noordwijk, Netherlands; candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU.

What you will do

• Maintain, implement, and continually improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and internal requirements.
• Review framework-contract requirements and verify that processes, controls, deliverables, responsibilities, and records provide objective evidence of compliance.
• Plan and conduct internal, contract-specific, supplier, subcontractor, and external-audit support activities.
• Manage audit findings, nonconformities, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, follow-up, and effectiveness reviews.
• Support knowledge-management activities, including training coordination, competence records, onboarding, handovers, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing.
• Provide quality and compliance guidance to project and contract management teams and escalate significant or recurring issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information or Knowledge Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in quality management, quality assurance, compliance, knowledge management, or process management.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems, with an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification or equivalent audit training.
• Experience with audits, compliance assessments, requirements review, objective evidence, document and records management, nonconformities, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with projects, suppliers, subcontractors, framework or service contracts, contractual quality assurance, and technical environments.
• Eligibility to live and work in the EU and fluency in English, written and spoken, are required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with integrated management systems.
• Experience supporting training, skills or competence management, and Knowledge Management activities.
