Dynamics 365 Application Engineer (Power Platform)

Location: Den Haag, South Holland, Netherlands; hybrid setup with 60% on-site presence

What you will do

• Provide functional and technical support for Dynamics 365 users and resolve incidents, service requests, and platform issues.
• Configure and maintain entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, security roles, and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into practical Dynamics 365 improvements with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain Power Automate and Power Apps solutions.
• Coordinate regression testing, user acceptance testing, production releases, and change management.
• Monitor platform health, address recurring issues, support adoption of new features, and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in IT, Business Information Management, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications, including incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with testing, release management, and change management.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Availability for at least 32 hours per week and 60% on-site presence in Den Haag.
