VP, Professional Services (Data & AI)

What you will do

• Own the Professional Services business line end to end, including go-to-market, delivery, offerings, revenue, gross margin, team, and process.
• Carry responsibility for bookings, revenue, gross margin, and platform revenue generated through services programs.
• Lead Professional Services account executives and partner with platform account executives to identify, qualify, price, and close enterprise program opportunities.
• Set delivery standards and coordinate Learning Solutions Architects, project management, and external instructors.
• Design repeatable programs, packaging, pricing, and operating processes instead of reinventing delivery for every account.
• Personally lead the most complex engagements and own the client experience from the first conversation through post-program feedback.

Requirements

• Deep experience in data and AI, including hands-on experience teaching, implementing, or building solutions.
• Ability to discuss topics ranging from AI literacy and Claude Code to data engineering and Databricks.
• At least 10 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise delivery.
• Experience selling and delivering engagements, participating in pricing discussions, and remaining accountable after contract signing.
• Direct understanding of P&L, margin, utilization, delivery costs, and pricing.
• Credibility with technical buyers, instructors, solution architects, and senior enterprise stakeholders.

• Experience building processes across sales, customer success, and delivery.
• Experience operating in a small, founder-led organization with limited support structure.
