Marketing Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Research customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscapes to support marketing strategy.
• Develop and run lead generation campaigns with the performance marketing team and align them with sales priorities.
• Manage PPC, email, social media, and PR campaigns from creative development through performance tracking.
• Create content for websites, blogs, email, social media, and printed materials while maintaining consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Design and implement CRM and marketing automations, customer communication plans, and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, customer support, sales, vendors, and agencies to improve conversion and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a similar role, including digital lead generation campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
• Data-driven, organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative approach with strong attention to detail and willingness to test new ideas.
