Software Engineer (ClimateTech)

Location: Office-based four days per week in San Francisco, New York, Denver, London, Paris, Berlin, Sydney, or Mexico City; remote work applies only to roles specifically identified as remote.

What you will do

• Build and ship new products for expansion into new markets.
• Work with pilot customers to identify needs and develop product vision.
• Collaborate with a distributed team across New York and London.
• Use existing platform capabilities to deliver product outcomes quickly.
• Feed product learnings into long-term platform investment decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building software products.
• Experience at very early-stage companies or developing new product lines within a larger organization.
• Ability to work through rapid learn-build-test iterations lasting hours or days.
• Strong technical judgment when deciding whether to use platform capabilities or work independently.
• Ability to learn complex climate-domain problems and make effective product decisions.
• Willingness to work from an office four days per week where an applicable office is available.
