Senior Data Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Poland — hybrid, with 60% of the time in the office

Rate: Up to 115 PLN/h net

What you will do

• Analyze data structures and define the data points in scope for the MVP2 Analysis of an Individual Rights Workflow Tool on the Pega platform.
• Evaluate current data sourcing and extraction methods, including country-specific differences and business rules.
• Identify data owners across the organization and document data ownership and lineage.
• Assess future sourcing options, including APIs, data lakes, data marts, and robotic extensions.
• Map dependencies and provide input for high-level cost estimates.
• Create comprehensive documentation covering data structure, current state, ownership, and future sourcing options.

Requirements

• Proven experience analyzing data collection, data structures, and data flows.
• Solid understanding of data governance, data ownership, and data lineage.
• Familiarity with API integrations and the ability to document business rules, dependencies, and current-state processes.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to working with structured and unstructured data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams.
• Advanced English proficiency at fluent/C1+ level.

Nice to have

• Background in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry.
