What you will do

• Complete an 11-month internship at hirify.global in an area related to your degree.
• Combine practical experience with a master's program developed with Camilo José Cela University.
• Apply academic knowledge while contributing to hirify.global projects.
• Develop professional skills in the aeronautical sector.
• Collaborate in complex and international environments.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with at least a bachelor's degree.
• Background in engineering, business administration, human resources, finance, or a related discipline.
• English at negotiation level (B2).
• Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in complex and international environments.
• Availability for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week internship in the Getafe Area, Spain, starting in March 2027.

Hiring process

• Selection takes place from October 2026 through February 2027.
• The program starts in March 2027 and runs through February 2028, with an 11-month internship period.
