Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work with three days in the office and two days of home office
Company
is growing its Private Label portfolio across multiple markets, developing food products that are sold to customers through its grocery platform.
What you will do
- Own the packaging and labelling process for Private Label products from initial supplier data through final approval.
- Ensure food-label compliance across markets, including ingredients, allergens, nutritional information, mandatory declarations, and claims.
- Collect and validate product information from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate packaging content with buyers, suppliers, brand managers, designers, and external regulatory advisors.
- Review and approve packaging artwork from legal and brand perspectives.
- Manage parallel projects for new product launches and updates to existing products, keeping priorities, deadlines, and approvals on track.
Requirements
- Experience with food labelling, packaging compliance, or food product declarations, ideally in the food industry.
- Understanding of European food labelling requirements and their practical application to packaging.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple products and deadlines.
- Experience working cross-functionally with suppliers, buyers, marketing, brand, or design teams.
- Practical, detail-oriented approach and confidence making independent decisions on complex packaging or labelling issues.
- Strong written and verbal English is required; Czech or Slovak is an advantage.

- Experience with visual design or packaging development.
- Passion for food and awareness of consumer trends.
