Demand Planning Manager

Location: Prague Sales Office, with 3 days per week required in the contracted office and 2 days from home. No relocation support is offered.

What you will do

• Own the 1-to-20-month Sell-in Outlook forecast for designated hirify.global themes and products across the CEEMEA region.
• Develop monthly demand plans using machine learning-driven statistical forecasting models.
• Incorporate marketing activities, product launches, promotions, and commercial strategies into forecasts.
• Improve forecast accuracy, eliminate forecast bias, and analyze planning performance.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Execution processes and manage weekly forecast updates when required.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Analytics, and Data Forecasting teams on demand planning processes and tools.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in demand planning or supply planning within a consumer goods environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Proven ability to improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast bias.
• Strong analytical and statistical capabilities with the ability to manage complexity and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or above.

• Power BI reporting and visualisation skills.
• Knowledge of advanced forecasting methodologies and machine learning applications.
