What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, including purchase requisition creation, routing, approval, invoicing support, and payment support.
• Conduct daily P2P/POLO and procurement operations in line with agreed SLAs, company policies, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers, confirm PR/PO details, and resolve lifecycle discrepancies.
• Guide requestors through contract creation, pre-creation activities, and required purchase order processes.
• Resolve issues involving pricing discrepancies and delayed services or materials.
• Support testing and implementation of automation and AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of business process or business operations experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality results.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable, payments, sourcing and contracting, or source-to-settle operations is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with purchasing systems such as Ariba or equivalent.
• Knowledge of another language relevant to the supported region.
