What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the branch.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the management team.
• Ensure high customer service standards and operational efficiency.
• Support business development, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate with Sales.
• Manage branch financial performance, cost control, and productivity.
• Implement company initiatives, standards, compliance processes, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics or a related industry.
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, strategic, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead change and implement effective processes.
• Commercial awareness, customer relationship management skills, and understanding of financial metrics and budgets.
• Fluent Czech and advanced English language skills, plus strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
