Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work with 1 mandatory day from the office per week
Employment type: Part-time internship, 20 hours per week

What you will do
- Coordinate internal and cross-functional meetings and manage Trade Department administration.
- Handle Trade correspondence and support tender administration and contract management.
- Maintain the Tender Management tool and manage orders in the ordering system.
- Prepare, document, and distribute minutes from Trade and Revenue Committee and team meetings.
- Collaborate with Global Business Units and functions on projects connected to Trade business priorities.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Business, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Fluent Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
