TL;DR
Computing Technical Project Manager (Computing Systems/Semiconductor Manufacturing): Leading large-scale multidisciplinary computing development projects for semiconductor equipment with an accent on project planning, technical coordination, resource management, and risk mitigation. Focus on synchronizing hardware, software, mechanical, electrical, and safety engineering work, solving complex project challenges, and presenting technical progress to senior leadership.
Location: Rehovot, Israel. Onsite role with approximately 10% travel; relocation is not eligible.

What you will do
- Lead and orchestrate large-scale computing development projects.
- Manage multiple projects, coordinating stakeholders, resources, budgets, requirements, and timelines.
- Partner with architects and hardware, software, mechanical, electrical, and safety engineers.
- Track project progress, risks, challenges, and mitigation plans through regular reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement and resolve complex technical and operational obstacles.
- Present milestones, status updates, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale technical projects with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment.
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of complex systems, architectures, dependencies, and technical solutions.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written Hebrew and English are required.
- Knowledge of material management, procurement, inventory management, and budget control.
