What you will do
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including requirements definition, planning, execution, and release.
- Drive technical discussions, remove obstacles, and set direction for multidisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate work across algorithm acceleration, sensor integration, operating system development, and in-vehicle visualization.
- Represent the group in project forums, prepare status reports, and communicate with senior management.
- Collaborate with R&D teams on technical topics across the platform software organization.
Requirements
- Location: Jerusalem, Israel, with hybrid work
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering or scientific field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management, system engineering, or agile team leadership.
- Strong technical background with experience in system design, architecture, and software development.
- Leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
