AI Business Automation Engineer

Location: Hybrid; Ashkelon, Ireland, or Latin America. Work From Anywhere is available for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do

• Map business processes, identify inefficiencies, and prioritize automation opportunities with business departments.
• Select and design AI and automation solutions using n8n, Workato, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Build, configure, test, and deploy automations and integrations between business systems.
• Monitor production workflows, troubleshoot failures, resolve data quality issues, and implement error handling and alerting.
• Work with business users on validation, rollout, training, and support.
• Define KPIs and measure business value, including time saved, costs reduced, and errors eliminated.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven business process automations in production.
• Experience with AI automation tools, workflow builders, or agent builders such as n8n or Workato.
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and data workflows across SaaS applications such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and NetSuite.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, AI, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for working across teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
