Communications Intern (Universal Global Television)

Location: Central London, United Kingdom; on-site in the office four days per week. The internship runs from Monday 5 July 2027 to Friday 21 July 2028, and candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the full duration.

hirify.global is a global media and entertainment company producing and distributing film, television, streaming, news, and theme park content.

What you will do

• Assist with publicity campaign coverage, corporate news reports, and internal communications updates.
• Support press launches, screenings, photo shoots, internal gatherings, conferences, and festivals.
• Research and maintain media lists and update fact sheets, calendars, and other internal documents.
• Help create press packs, event schedules, social media copy, and other communications materials.
• Monitor industry developments and conduct daily news analysis relevant to Universal International Studios.
• Follow television programming across industries and territories while supporting programme publicity campaigns.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the entire internship.
• Must be able to work on-site in hirify.global's Central London office four days per week.
• Currently studying at university and returning to full-time education in autumn 2028, or seeking work experience after A-Levels, an equivalent course, or an apprenticeship.
• Good understanding of the entertainment, broadcast, and media landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, time management, and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn company-specific programmes.
