Business Licensing Intern (Film)

Location: Central London, United Kingdom; on-site four days per week. The 12-month internship runs from Monday 5 July 2027 to Friday 21 July 2028. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the full internship.

What you will do

• Support the Licensing Team in delivering results across licensee partners and contribute to annual licensing budgets.
• Review ad hoc licensing opportunities and help maximize profits across Universal content.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and assets to licensees and support approval processes.
• Communicate windowing timelines and PR guidelines and monitor compliance.
• Work with the Senior Marketing Manager, licensees, and content owners to identify new opportunities.
• Support content approvals and compliance checks, including requirements connected to talent and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Currently studying at university and returning to full-time education in autumn 2028, or seeking work experience after A-Levels, an equivalent course, or an apprenticeship.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction for the full internship period.
• Ability to work on-site in the Central London office four days per week.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with internal and external partners.
• Analytical skills, multitasking ability, adaptability, and a collaborative approach.
• Passion for presenting film and television content and opportunities.
