Flight Test Operations Engineer (AI)

hirify.global Commercial Aircraft develops and operates aerospace products and services, with this role supporting flight and integration testing.

What you will do

• Analyze flight operations and propose improvements using new technologies, policy guidance, and risk management.
• Conduct technology watch covering optimization, networking, and simulation.
• Assess the usability of business APIs and services in operational contexts.
• Build proofs of concept and minimum viable prototypes for flight deck and desktop operational tools.
• Act as Business/Product Owner for tooling development within hirify.global legacy processes.
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps and facilitate technology dissemination workshops.

Requirements

• Engineering background in software development or data analytics.
• Experience with data analytics, modeling, and AI models.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, App Script, and Google/SkyWise environments.
• Advanced English and French.
• Customer-oriented teamwork, curiosity, and the ability to explain and train others.
• Innovative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility in a reactive, high-pressure environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in airline operations, flight operations engineering, or aircraft systems functions.
