Test Solutions Engineering Intern - Bachelor's Degree (AI)

What you will do

• Develop ATE production test solutions for custom silicon products.
• Own test architecture and bring-up activities, including test plans, experiments, and analysis of yield, performance, and reliability.
• Develop and refine test screening methods based on application conditions, DFT capabilities, timing margins, and process specifications.
• Characterize silicon variations, investigate faults, and perform failure root-cause analysis using DFT solutions.
• Collaborate with design, DFT, operations, reliability teams, and customers throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root-cause analysis and engineering decision-making under ambiguity.
• Proficiency in Python, Perl, or R in a Linux environment.
• Experience applying AI and machine learning tools to data analysis, test optimization, or yield learning.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled technology and software may be required; applicants may be subject to an export license review.
