ADAS Product Manager

Location: Leonberg, Germany; full-time hybrid role based in the Leonberg office

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Collision Avoidance and Lane Keeping ADAS features, including AEB, LKA, ESA, AES, and BSM.
• Partner with OEM customers to understand requirements, negotiate scope, and align expectations with product strategy.
• Define feature specifications, performance targets, delivery plans, and strategic roadmaps with product and engineering teams.
• Support testing, evaluation, validation, and production readiness throughout feature development.
• Coordinate OEM, product, and engineering stakeholders while managing risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and priorities.
• Ensure feature delivery meets relevant automotive quality, safety, and compliance expectations.

Requirements

• Strong experience specifying and delivering ADAS features from concept through production, particularly in Collision Avoidance or Lane Keeping.
• Understanding of automotive development processes, requirements management, the V-model, ASPICE, quality, and validation.
• Experience working directly with OEM customers and representing customer needs internally.
• Technical depth sufficient to engage with engineering teams on feasibility, trade-offs, testing, evaluation, and validation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to create alignment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Curiosity and a forward-looking approach to developing new ADAS capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping complete ADAS features into large-scale automotive production programmes.
• Knowledge of SOTIF, functional safety, GSR-II, and DCAS.
• Experience with machine learning, LLMs, or recent generative-AI methods and architectures.
