What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise for Figaro, Portfolio Review, and other investment management systems.
• Support and configure system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and perform system analysis.
• Assist with system design, user testing, and documentation of business processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and technology needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between technology teams and the investment business.
• Escalate and drive resolution of Figaro technology operational issues for hirify.global Cheviot.

Requirements

• Deep subject matter expertise in wealth management systems and a strong technology background.
• Experience with Figaro or similar investment management systems.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying issues, developing solutions, and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including translating complex technical matters into clear updates for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
• Understanding of business risk context and risk appetite is welcomed.
