What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories, tasks, backlog items, and acceptance criteria.
• Support sprint planning, Program Increment planning, backlog prioritization, and capacity tracking using Agile metrics.
• Define functional and system testing strategies and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders.
• Act as the liaison between business users, product owners, and engineering teams throughout delivery.
• Learn trading and shipping processes and applications, identify risks and gaps, and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, user story creation, and backlog management.
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe, including sprint planning, PI planning, and capacity management.
• Experience defining and supporting testing strategies and User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in trading, shipping, energy, or supply chain domains.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications supporting trading or logistics operations.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, test management frameworks, or QA processes.
• Understanding of system integration concepts and data flows.
