Implementation Analyst I (Payments)

What you will do

• Support client implementations through system setup, configuration, conversion, and alignment with client requirements.
• Review scope documents, preset options, and system parameters to make accurate configuration decisions.
• Validate data mapping and complete field-level verification before conversion.
• Participate in end-to-end transaction testing, statement delivery, loyalty updates, interchange qualification monitoring, and reject validation.
• Analyze root causes, document technical issues, and escalate problems to product or system integration teams.
• Educate clients, support training, maintain implementation metrics, and share feedback to improve products and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Relevant experience in business, information systems, or finance is preferred, with 2 or more years desirable; early-career candidates may also be considered.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and manage multiple priorities in a matrix-managed environment.
• Clear communication and facilitation skills for working with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage scope, negotiate competing objectives, and reach practical outcomes within agreed timeframes.
