Technical Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; 100% onsite at Montes Urales

What you will do

• Gather, clarify, document, and maintain traceability for project requirements.
• Track requirements changes, project schedules, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor critical path items, identify potential delays, and support project execution.
• Manage project documentation, templates, repositories, records, and audit trails.
• Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, communications, and decision-support analysis.
• Identify process improvements and bottlenecks while supporting Technical Project Managers.

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% onsite at Montes Urales in Mexico City.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or administrative support.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements in a PMO environment.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and Salesforce administration.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Business Analysis certification.
