M365 & AI Specialist

Location: Melbourn, Royston, UK; hybrid working with a minimum of 2 office days per week

What you will do

• Engage stakeholders to identify business problems and recommend practical Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.
• Run discovery activities, clarify requirements and define outcomes, constraints, risks and success measures.
• Build or support agents, workflows, automations and low-code solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Translate requirements into designs, user stories, prototypes, guidance and implementation plans.
• Drive adoption through demonstrations, workshops, training, communications and user guidance.
• Support pilots and proofs of concept from requirements and testing through feedback, adoption and transition into support.

Requirements

• Growing subject matter expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI-enabled working or related digital workplace technologies.
• Ability to work independently, organise complex tasks and deliver to agreed standards and deadlines.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement and technical explanation skills.
• Practical problem-solving skills and experience turning ambiguous needs into usable solutions or guidance.
• Awareness of information protection, security, governance, licensing, lifecycle and support considerations.
• Applicants must be British citizens or have been resident in the UK for the past 5 years to meet potential security-clearance requirements.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SharePoint agents or Agent Builder.
• Experience building simple agents, automations, workflows or low-code solutions.
• Experience delivering demonstrations, training, adoption activities and supporting materials.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications or equivalent practical experience.
