Vice President, COO Group (Finance)

Location: New York, United States

Annual base salary: $188,677–$255,000, plus variable year-end compensation.

What you will do

• Set direction for research and analysis on economic, technology, policy, and operational issues supporting senior leadership decisions.
• Assess strategic priorities, coordinate execution details, and oversee key initiatives across functions.
• Design and manage governance processes for information flow to and from senior leadership.
• Prepare meeting materials, document decisions, and ensure follow-through on agreed actions.
• Partner with communications teams and senior leaders to improve alignment and visibility on strategic goals.
• Interview and evaluate candidates for the COO Group and related hiring pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, financial engineering, or a related field.
• Four years of experience with mathematical models, cross-functional project and program management, economic analysis, reporting, and competitive benchmarking.
• Strong analytical, written communication, synthesis, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to work in New York.
