UltraTax CS Specialist (U.S. Tax)

What you will do

• Complete realistic tax preparation and compliance workflows in UltraTax CS.
• Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns for individual, business, corporate, and partnership scenarios.
• Enter and review taxpayer information, income, deductions, credits, and other tax data.
• Review calculations and identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information.
• Explain UltraTax CS workflow steps and tax preparation decisions.
• Document processes, create realistic examples, and review completed work for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on professional experience with UltraTax CS.
• Background in tax preparation, tax accounting, or tax compliance.
• Experience preparing or reviewing U.S. federal and state tax returns.
• Familiarity with individual and business tax returns, including corporate and partnership returns.
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax forms, terminology, and filing processes.
• Ability to work independently, identify errors, and clearly explain tax preparation processes.
