Associate Agent (Netherlands - 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Remote in the Netherlands; Amsterdam

Eligible to work in the Netherlands required. The role is a 6-month fixed-term contract with rotating 8-hour shifts, including early, afternoon, and late shifts, with some weekend, evening, and bank holiday availability required.

What you will do

• Review identity documents for administrative and legal accuracy.
• Assess customer-captured images and determine whether documents are authentic or fraudulent.
• Verify information already recorded in internal systems.
• Extract document data and enter it into the system.
• Classify document types and identify key document security features.
• Work toward performance targets while adapting to procedural updates.

Requirements

• Strong IT literacy and accurate typing skills.
• High attention to detail, reliability, composure under pressure, and effective communication.
• Ability to work toward targets and performance metrics.
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
• Clean criminal record and clean credit record, including no CCJ or bankruptcy.
• Three employment or academic references required.

Nice to have

• Previous office experience in administration or data entry.
• Understanding of GDPR.
• Background in criminology.
• Working knowledge of the KYC industry.
