Location: Dubai; the role will be based in Cairo, Egypt

What you will do

• Develop the business portfolio by selling products, services, and solutions to direct, indirect, professional end-user, and dealer customers.
• Manage customer accounts and represent the team with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze clients’ market positions, offerings, differentiators, and competitive landscapes.
• Manage customer requests and claims, day-to-day communication, ongoing relationships, and business reviews.
• Prepare and present sales information and proposals for renewals and new initiatives.
• Generate leads through market research, trend monitoring, opportunity identification, cold calling, and appointment setting.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers and managing customer relationships.
• Experience in account management or project management.
• Experience building professional relationships and networking.
• Experience managing deliverables and deadlines.
• Ability to visit clients and attend trade shows or other industry events as required.
