Location: Remote; Kyiv, Ukraine; Warsaw, Poland; Krakow, Poland

What you will do
- Provide technical support through chat and email.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to products.
- Debug and troubleshoot customer integrations.
- Prepare and run database queries.
- Support widgets design.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux shell.
- Knowledge of MySQL.
- Experience with bug-tracking systems such as YouTrack or Jira.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and REST API.
- Intermediate+ English and native Ukrainian.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of any programming language.
