Focus on evaluating model improvements, controlling reliability and token costs, and deploying production systems across AWS serverless, Vue, and PHP.

Morning builds an accounting platform that businesses use to manage their financial operations.
What you will do
- Build and ship LLM-powered AI capabilities, including agentic flows, retrieval over company data, and extraction from real-world documents.
- Develop accurate, measurable, cost-efficient, and rollback-ready AI solutions for production use.
- Build and lead the evaluation process to continuously measure model and solution quality.
- Operate and improve AI systems over time, addressing retrieval degradation, uncontrolled agent loops, token cost spikes, reliability issues, and accuracy problems.
- Work across the product stack, including AWS Lambda, Vue, and PHP, to get solutions into production.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building, shipping, and operating production systems.
- Significant hands-on experience building with LLMs and addressing production reliability, quality, and cost challenges.
- Strong TypeScript or Python skills and comfort with AWS serverless technologies.
- Strong engineering judgment, including the ability to identify when a problem is not an AI problem.
- Ability to work with financial data in an environment subject to PCI-DSS, GDPR, and Israeli privacy law.
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks and Spark.
- Experience with Vue 3.
- Experience in fintech or another regulated domain.
- Significant experience with AI-powered development tools and agentic development.
