Senior Project Manager (Digitalization)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; willingness to travel to hirify.global sites required.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale digitalization projects and programs from business case through deployment, hypercare, and operational handover.
• Build transformation roadmaps with dependencies, milestones, governance, risk management, and benefits targets.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, reporting, vendors, system integrators, contracts, and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate business, IT, OT, architecture, cybersecurity, quality, and external partner stakeholders.
• Plan manufacturing site deployments and cutovers while protecting production continuity.
• Drive change management, training, user adoption, and mentoring for project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex digitalization, IT, or OT projects and programs end to end.
• Experience delivering major platform implementations such as Supply Chain Planning, CRM, PLM, ERP, or MES.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies including PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• Strong financial, vendor, change management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English required; willingness to travel to hirify.global sites.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing and MES experience.
• Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience.
• PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification.
• German or additional languages.
