What you will do

  • Own the finalization and consolidation of the 2027 Compensation & Benefits budget, including benefits cost simulations.
  • Prepare the French NAO process, including equity and gender pay gap data, compensation thresholds, market inputs, and CSE negotiation materials.
  • Drive the global end-of-year compensation review from calibration follow-up through campaign execution, consolidation, reporting, and day-to-day support.
  • Update and maintain salary bands and the grading system across departments and geographies.
  • Finalize salary bands for Brazil and Ukraine using external benchmarks such as AON Radford and Ravio.
  • Partner with the Head of Talent, Culture & Performance, HRBPs, and local HR teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Compensation & Benefits experience in an international environment.
  • End-to-end ownership of an end-of-year compensation review cycle.
  • Experience preparing and running NAO processes in a French context.
  • Strong expertise in job architecture, salary-band design, and market benchmarking.
  • Ability to join an ongoing compensation cycle with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and French; immediate availability for a 3-month freelance or contractor engagement.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Ravio or similar compensation intelligence tools.
  • Experience in a technology scale-up or a multi-country, multi-collective-agreement C&B environment.
