About the Role

You will build feedback, evaluation, memory, signal, and decisioning systems for long-running agents. You will design agents across multiple channels, turn early solutions into reusable platform capabilities, and work with customers on complex business problems.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• Platform and systems engineering fundamentals
• Ability to move between customer problems, product design, and implementation
• Technical judgment in ambiguous environments
• At least two years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go and React

Responsibilities

• Build feedback loops, evaluation systems, memory, signals, and decisioning infrastructure
• Design and ship long-horizon agents across voice, SMS, email, and other channels
• Build reusable systems, abstractions, and tools
• Solve orchestration, integration, data, observability, and engagement problems
• Shape product architecture and roadmap through implementation
• Translate validated solutions into durable product capabilities
