Senior Specialist - New Business Enablement

What you will do

• Accelerate end-to-end new-to-bank business credit approvals, transaction execution, stakeholder management, and deal execution.
• Identify upfront cross-selling opportunities for new-to-bank clients to maximize risk-adjusted returns on capital.
• Provide transaction structuring advice within banking guidelines and internal requirements.
• Review and critically assess credit applications, including financial analysis, credit structuring, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate and report feedback from Corporate and Investment Banking, Credit, Risk, and Technology stakeholders.
• Engage with clients alongside Relationship Managers to understand credit needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of banking experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and banking regulations, particularly capital and liquidity requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage and lead large teams.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
