Senior Advisor, Supervision Banking & Lending (Financial Services): Supervising margin lending and securities-based lending activities, reviewing complex borrowing and collateral arrangements, and supporting regulatory compliance with an accent on risk identification, sound judgment, and responsible business growth. Focus on investigating complex lending scenarios, interpreting banking and securities regulations, analyzing trends, and coaching Financial Advisors through difficult supervisory decisions.
Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; hybrid workstyle; less than 25% travel

What you will do
- Supervise margin lending and securities-based lending activities.
- Investigate complex lending scenarios, client borrowing practices, and collateralized lending relationships.
- Review related banking products and interpret applicable banking, lending, and securities regulations.
- Identify emerging risks, analyze reporting and data trends, and influence responsible business outcomes.
- Partner with Financial Advisors, Branch Management, Compliance, Risk, and Bank.
- Help shape supervisory practices while coaching advisors through complex risk situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and at least three years of experience in supervision and/or financial services, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
- Series 7, 9, 10, and 63 licenses required; Series 24 may replace Series 9 and 10, and Series 66 may replace Series 63.
- SIE required unless an exemption or grandfathering provision applies.
- Ability to understand banking, lending, and securities regulations and apply sound judgment to complex situations.
- Strong critical thinking, risk identification, communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.

- Appropriate series licenses for the assigned functional area.
- Additional licenses or certifications demonstrating knowledge of industry regulations and concepts.
