Transformation Success Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Execute customer migrations from legacy environments to modern Palo Alto Networks security platforms.
• Own policy mappings, data retention configurations, API setup, and log-ingestion validation against standard design templates.
• Run practitioner-focused Day in the Life workshops covering platform workflows, alert triage, incident response, Agentic AI, and automated playbooks.
• Lead value-realization sessions with technical stakeholders and demonstrate ROI, security efficacy, and operational efficiency through platform dashboards.
• Manage the end-to-end customer transition lifecycle and support formal project sign-off.

Requirements

• Professional technical experience in security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, Strata, or comparable competitive migration experience.
• Strong background in security automation, including CLI scripting, Python, and REST APIs for bulk policy configuration and data modeling.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, technical workshop facilitation, and executive presence.
• Experience developing reusable playbook concepts and technical documentation, with a focus on artificial intelligence and automation.
