Configuration Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Pasay, Manila, Philippines; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Provide implementation and configuration support for hirify.global clients and assigned countries or regions.
• Manage configuration requests for new card program installations, processor conversions, and updates to existing programs.
• Review requirements, research discrepancies, and configure client requests accurately while meeting audit and billing requirements.
• Resolve production and testing configuration incidents, coordinate emergency changes, and provide scheduled out-of-hours support.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, explain processing implications, and represent client operational requirements.
• Lead initiatives, approve implementation changes, train stakeholders, and improve department processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, information technology, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of equivalent experience in customer support within software, financial, or information services.
• Strong expertise in client configuration or the ability to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge.
• Excellent time management, organization, planning, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain technical processes clearly, manage customer expectations, prioritize work, and remain professional under pressure.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and availability for at least 3 office days per week are required.
