What you will do
- Build and grow client relationships across Consumer Health and Healthcare.
- Translate business challenges into actionable insight solutions and lead proposal development, commercial discussions, and new business opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research programs.
- Integrate primary research, market data, and analytics into strategic recommendations for brand, portfolio, innovation, and commercial decisions.
- Embed AI-enabled tools, innovative methodologies, and technology-enabled research approaches across the research lifecycle.
- Coach and develop the team while managing resources, profitability, project performance, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in market research, insights, consulting, or advisory services.
- Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Experience leading client engagements and managing research teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong business development, consultative selling, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into compelling recommendations and drive business decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience in Consumer Health, OTC, Wellness, Healthcare, FMCG, or related sectors.
- Exposure to consulting, advisory, or insights-driven commercial environments.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or technology-enabled research approaches.
