What you will do

• Provide brief financial consultations to clients by phone.
• Manage client referrals, session scheduling, and timely documentation.
• Maintain professional, confidential, and ethical service standards.
• Use digital platforms for sessions and case management.
• Coordinate periodically with Lyra’s care and operations teams to support seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Registered Financial Planner qualification with authorization to practice in the Philippines.
• Experience providing financial consultation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, ethical standards, and accurate administrative records.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with a remote team.
