Digital & Technology Rotational Program – Associate (AI)

Location: New York City, United States. The role is posted in multiple U.S. locations, including Tampa, and requires permanent authorization to work in the United States for any employer. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.

Annual base salary: $60,200–$100,400 for the United States; Tampa range: $54,200–$90,400. The role is also eligible for a 7.5% bonus target.

What you will do

• Complete project-based rotations across hirify.global’s Digital organization during a two-year accelerated development program.
• Apply artificial intelligence, data, technology, product, engineering, and design capabilities to business, user, and patient needs.
• Develop, test, and support digital applications, platforms, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
• Prepare data, develop and evaluate AI-enabled solutions, and apply responsible AI practices across the solution lifecycle.
• Use data, experimentation, and business insights to support product decisions and measure performance.
• Research user needs and design accessible, intuitive, human-centered digital experiences.

Requirements

• Graduate by Spring 2027 with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, quantitative, digital product, or design field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; GPA must be included on the résumé.
• No more than two years of continuous, full-time, post-graduate professional experience.
• Participation in an eligible early-talent pipeline, such as hirify.global Futures, a qualifying CDI internship, or a qualifying Digital Hackathon.
• Available to begin full-time employment in July 2027.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; TN, O-1, and H-1B sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Hands-on project experience applying technical, analytical, product, design, engineering, data, or digital skills to real-world challenges.
• Experience translating technical concepts, data insights, product solutions, or design outcomes into user, customer, patient, or business value.
• Understanding of responsible and ethical AI use, including output validation, sensitive-data protection, risk awareness, and human oversight.
