People Operations Manager

Location: London, UK; UK-based role supporting the UK and EMEA

Salary: $140,000–$190,000 annual base salary for a New York City-based candidate, excluding equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and scale People operations across the UK and EMEA as the business enters new markets.
• Design onboarding, performance review, engagement, and employee connection programs.
• Own People systems, workflows, data accuracy, automations, and integrations across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage benefits programs and coordinate UK visa sponsorship, renewals, and international relocations.
• Maintain employment policies, documentation, and compliance processes across multiple markets.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, Leadership, and the People Lead on cross-functional projects and localizing company-wide programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of People Operations or HR experience in a high-growth environment.
• Experience scaling operations across EMEA and navigating local employment practices.
• Hands-on experience with UK immigration and visa sponsorship, plus exposure to employee mobility across EMEA.
• Experience building programs and processes with minimal direction and driving projects from start to finish.
• Experience owning HR systems, workflows, and automations; Rippling experience is highly preferred.
• Strong judgment, communication, emotional intelligence, discretion, organization, and follow-through.
