Support Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical Design) (2-year contract)

hirify.global is hiring for engineering support within Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.

What you will do

• Develop and review electrical and mechanical design solutions for enhancement and development projects.
• Prepare concept designs, design briefs, schematic designs, drawings, calculations, specifications, and quality-control processes.
• Coordinate design development with project managers, external consultants, end users, contractors, and government authorities.
• Monitor construction with project managers to ensure compliance with specified quality standards.
• Manage project-wide document numbering, coding, issuing, distribution, and document control.
• Evaluate design performance, construction materials, detailing, and new engineering systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant design experience in building services, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of property development processes and E&M systems across building and resort-wide applications.
• Familiarity with local statutory requirements for E&M design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, plus Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with medium- to large-scale commercial, retail, or hospitality projects.
