Product Manager - Computer Platform Section, Cloud Services Department (CLSD) (Cloud Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own the compute service catalog covering bare metal, virtual machines, containers, and public cloud offerings.
• Define SLAs, SLOs, support scopes, service terms, pricing structures, and chargeback rules.
• Gather requirements and plan quarterly roadmaps with engineering teams, including go/no-go decisions for services.
• Align application teams, Finance, network, datacenter, security, product management, and DevOps stakeholders.
• Design KPIs and feedback loops for utilization, cost recovery, unit costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Report offer strategy and performance metrics to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• More than 5 years of experience in product management or service planning.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and prioritizing work based on technical trade-offs.
• Experience designing offers, pricing structures, and SLAs in a B2B or internal-platform context.
• Experience designing or operating chargeback or cost-allocation models and aligning stakeholders with competing interests.
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese is required.

Nice to have

• Cloud or infrastructure product planning experience, especially with IaaS, virtualization, container platforms, or cloud orchestration.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure budget or capacity planning, FinOps, unit pricing, or cost accounting.
• Software development experience, including AI Agent experience, and ability to use data analysis tools such as SQL.
• Familiarity with service catalog management tools and ITIL.
• Experience launching internal products in a large organization.
