Technical Service Engineer (Lubrication Engineering)

What you will do

• Provide expert lubrication engineering advice, technical troubleshooting, and onsite service for customers.
• Support sales, marketing communications, and customer service teams with technical issues and customer requirements.
• Conduct customer and sales-team training and develop technical brochures and articles supporting the Klüber brand.
• Deliver energy-efficiency consulting based on equipment measurements, including energy and cost savings reports.
• Manage lubrication schedules and maintenance programs, perform onsite inspections, and prepare inspection reports with lubricant recommendations.
• Analyze lubricants in the laboratory and support equipment lifecycle projects involving gear drives, high-temperature chains, and worm gearboxes.

Requirements

• Professional experience in lubrication engineering and technical customer support.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues and provide practical troubleshooting support.
• Experience with onsite inspections, lubricant recommendations, maintenance programs, or equipment service.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and support customer requirements.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bangkok and handle special projects as assigned.
